Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- During new releases, restocks, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer due to increased order volume.
- Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery times vary based on the carrier selected at checkout.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your package ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the shipping label is created.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Slow N Steady is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. If your order has not yet shipped, we'll do our best to update the address.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Slow N Steady is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We're happy to assist you with any information you may need to help file a claim.
International Shipping
International shipping is not currently available. We hope to expand to additional locations in the future.
